Foteviken Viking Market – June 27 & 28

Welcome to this year's market at Foteviken Viking Village, open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. During the market weekend, numerous visiting Vikings from near and far will set up their tents with us.

Here you can find a wide range of beautiful handcrafted goods, including textiles, silverwork, and leathercraft. Experience Viking warriors and their camps, where food is prepared, battles are planned, and fascinating aspects of Viking life can be seen and learned about.

Below you will find the program for both days, in addition to the regular activities available throughout the summer, such as axe throwing, archery, sling throwing, "mini archaeologist" activities, Viking-era games, and plenty of fun for the whole family.

During the market weekend, parking costs SEK 40 per day, with all proceeds going toward the development of the village.
